A student travels alongside a mentor to witness every facet of the judicial process. They do not study books; they witness crimes firsthand, comfort the wronged, and actively participate in bringing the guilty before a magistrate.

Once the student and teacher have reached a shared "bridge" in their understanding of a specific injustice, the mentor introduces a new Power and poses a singular challenge: "How would this Power have brought justice sooner?" Only when the student can answer with conviction, matching the power's utility to the victims' needs, does the "Will" ignite and the power become theirs.
