Once trained, these [[Psychic]]s become some of the most influential figures in [[Otan]], capable of shifting the tides of war across multiple fronts by manipulating the flow of events.

At the zenith of their power, Temporal [[Psychic]]s immerse their consciousness in the timeline, existing in past and future moments simultaneously. They often cite the mantra, "I have a universe within me." Notably, when a Prescient alters the timeline, those around them remain unaware of the change; however, when two Prescients clash, the resulting temporal turbulence often leads to heavy bystander casualties.
